Terri Hancock, DNP, ACNP-BC, is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Utah. Her clinical practice is with the Cardiovascular Multispecialty Outreach Team both locally and in the underserved areas of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado and Wyoming. As a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner, Terri is involved in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
